Meet Erica Dougherty
Hi, I'm Erica! My journey into the travel industry began in early 2021, when I started working as an assistant to agency owner Shannon. I was managing bookings, organizing files, and learning the ins and outs of travel planning. What started as a temporary role quickly turned into a passion, and in September of 2021, I officially became a travel advisor for Enchanted Vacation Planners!
Since then, I've had the privilege of planning unforgettable vacations for clients across the country. Whether it's a relaxing Caribbean getaway, a dreamy honeymoon, a bucket-list international adventure, or a fun-filled group trip, I love creating seamless travel experiences that match each client's needs and vision.
As a mom of three boys, ages 18, 16, and 2, I know how precious travel time can be, especially when coordinating for families or multi-generational groups. I specialize in Caribbean travel, all-inclusive resorts, honeymoons, international trips, cruises, group travel, and multi-generational vacations. I take pride in handling every detail so my clients can focus on making memories.
I'm recognized as an Accredited Cruise Consultant with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and actively participate in supplier training and industry events whenever possible. Along the way, I've built strong relationships with Business Development Managers across top travel brands, giving me direct insight and support that I can pass on to my clients.

I’m a proud single mom to two amazing children, James and Katherine. I’m also lucky to be surrounded by a supportive family and my wonderful boyfriend, Rich. After graduating from Temple University, I followed my passion for travel and built a career doing what I love most—helping others create unforgettable travel experiences.
When I’m not cheering on my beloved Philadelphia Eagles, I’m usually dreaming about my next adventure. Jamaica holds a special place in my heart—its vibrant culture, delicious food, and warm people make it feel like home every time I visit. I’ve also had the privilege of exploring breathtaking destinations like Alaska and Hawaii, each offering its unique magic and unforgettable moments.
I’ve been in the travel industry since 2012, starting in corporate travel before shifting to leisure travel. In 2016, I launched my agency, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since. I’m Tommy—and you wouldn't believe how long I've been a travel agent! I'm a part-time adventurer, and full-time connoisseur of stress-free vacations.
After swapping Connecticut’s frosty vibes for Florida’s endless sunshine in 2018, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. By day, I’m shaping young minds; by night (and every glorious summer break), I’m collecting passport stamps and unforgettable memories.
I get it—traveling with kids can feel like herding caffeinated squirrels. I quite literally do it for seven hours a day, and we don't even leave the building.
